I am a coach, trainer, and workshop facilitator who believes that self-awareness and consciousness, combined with tools to manage unhelpful patterns from our conditioning, can unleash our potential and amplify our impact.
I specialize in working with individuals and organizations in the midst of change to leverage the transformative potential that lies in transition and challenge. Through training and coaching, I facilitate self-discovery and leverage the drive each of us has to lead a purposeful and fulfilling life.
Drawing on appreciative inquiry and positive psychology, I provide the space for clients to grow their emotional intelligence and clarify their goals, while emboldening them to try out new ideas and behaviors. I am also there to hold them accountable along the way.
My practice builds on over 20 years experience working over a dozen countries delivering behavior change programming and building emotional intelligence and other competencies that empower individuals and teams to make life-enhancing choices. I have a BA in Anthropology (Berkeley, 1998 cum laude), an MBA (ESSEC, France, 2000) and an MSFS in International Development (Georgetown, 2006). I also hold a coaching certification from the International Coaching Federation-endorsed Institute for the Professional Excellence in Coaching.
I am a mom of two school-aged daughters and recently moved to Seattle.
